My photographs primarily focus on the historical aspects of
Railroading. I have a passion for the obsolete junk that lingers from the glory
days. This is a by-product of falling in love with a train museum at a young
age.It was thrilling to watch how a
rusted-out shell could become as good as the day it left the factory.Though I am not adverse to the “new” and enjoy seeing the progress of technology, it is nice to have a preserve where
the endangered rolling stock and machinery can be enjoyed. Subjects include near by museums, commuter rail
operations, my four-year exploration of the Bloomington-Normal area, and
anything in between.
